I am a Park Lane customer for life.

My son has been sick with severe asthma and fevers for several years.  I was afraid my house and air conditioning system was making my son sick.  So I called Steven at Park Lane Healthy Homes and explained my situation.  He came to my house with a crew of people to measure my air quality and to check my air conditioning system.  It turned out that my a/c system was installed wrong and not to code.

We decided to completely replace both a/c systems.  I am a germ-a-phobe and I do not like people working in my house.  So I wanted the removal if the old systems to be very clean.  Due to my son's bad asthma we needed the work to be very neat and clean.

I was assured by Steven that they would take extra precautions.  They definitely exceeded my expectations.

The first day of the job Steven sent a crew to prep for the job.  They completely closed off the upstairs with walls of plastic and tarps on the floors.  They carefully wrapped each old filthy duct and carried them out.  They wrapped every single thing they removed.

Turns out that both units and some ducts were full of black mold.  The ducts were filthy.  I always wondered why there was so much dust in my house.  My housekeeper would dust everything and the next day there would be a layer of dust on everything.

When the job was complete and the new units with the new I/QAir filters were turned on there was no more daily dust.  Now my housekeeper has to dust the house once to twice a week, not every day like before.  My son has not been sick since we got our new clean air.  Both of his teachers say he now has color in his cheeks and seems more healthy.

I am so completely happy with the work Park Lane did.  All of their employees are very professional.  Steven was available to me whenever I had a question.  He understood my anxiety over my son's poor health.  I told Steven I would be happy to be a contact for any new customer.  I already plan to use Park Lane to completely remodel my home.

If you live in Houston, you can't survive without AC. Our electricity bill for our tiny house built in 1952 was getting extremely high. Moreover, my children kept getting allergies and I wasn't sure if our air quality was very good. Turns out, even though our house was remodeled by another builder in 1999, the outdoor air was getting dumped directly into our house without any kind of filter. Moreover, there were a lot of leaks in the air ducts. Steven and Brent came over and really spent time educating me as to what was wrong with the house and making the appropriate repairs that fit my budget. They did an exceptional job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to save money on their electricity bill, improve their air quality, or to do any other type of remodel work.

Park Lane Healthy Homes found things in our nearly 20 year old home that a.c. people had not...educated my husband and myself on a cleaner, more efficient (energy) home. They were effective and clean ...I would recommend them highly!!!! Bring your home into the 21st century!!!!

I am so excited to see the web page of Park Lane Builders. They are a group of people with sincerity and care. I cannot express enough how much we appreciate their working spirit, excellent quality of the job, and most of all, their great communication among us. Without them, our new home won't present the quality as we want. I highly recommend PLB for your healthy home improvement project. We not only have a good quality and healthy home but, more importantly, we will have a peace of mind and healthier life. In the future, when we have a chance to build our new house, they definitively will be in the project.

Recently, we had Park Lane Healthy Homes perform a home energy audit on our 1925 house in West University. We found them to be extremely thorough in their testing as well desirous of making sure we understood the results and their recommendations. They were very willing to work within our budget and to prioritize needed work. We had our entire HVAC system replaced, and Park Lane as well as their subs came out repeatedly to fine tune the system and make sure all systems were functioning properly. We would recommend Park Lane Healthy Homes to anyone considering making their homes more energy efficient.

We have been very impressed with Park Lane. They performed an energy audit for us as well as extensive remodeling services. They are thorough, informative and incredibly responsive. Not only did they help us to improve our air quality and make out home a "healthier" place, they also helped us to reduce our monthly bills. The Park Lane team provides excellent service at a reasonable price. Their initial assessment is very professional, and they approach the repair process in a systematic manner, tackling first the issues that are most easily addressed at the least cost. Sometimes this is all that is required, but if not, they are prepared to pursue the larger problems in the same professional manner. They are honest, trustworthy, and genuinely excited about solving energy problems.

The folks at Park Lane were a class act the entire process. They did a great deal of work for us and have done an amazing job! I am impressed by their integrity and commitment to quality. I have and will continue to recommend them, and will not do any projects without their involvement! They REALLY care and take pride in their work.

We were very pleased with Park Lane's services and now feel so much more comfortable with the overall air quality and how our home is functioning in general. The dust has been cut down dramatically and we now keep our home comfortably, in the summer, at 76 degrees (used to keep it at 71). The crews were all very courteous, orderly and knowledgeable, and we were very pleased with the experience and results!
