In 2006, the professionals at Park Lane Builders were trained and certified in the building sciences, and have used methods and materails which are recognized as some of the highest standards in the country for home health and energy efficiency. The principals and subs at Park Lane have spent countless hours working with doctors, Bau-biologists, and other health professionals to study the detrimental effects that indoor air pollution can have on families.

Steven Deutser and Brent Friedman became passionate experts in this field, which prompted them to establish Park Lane Healthy Homes, a sister company of Park Lane Builders. They truly believe that health should not be an option, and they have diligently worked to proactively build and deliver healthy environments. Park Lane Healthy Homes has consulted, analyzed and retrofitted homes to help heal many people sickened by the polluted air in their homes. Their training and skillful knowledge of the home’s “ecosystem” qualifies them to perform Whole House Assessments. This is a multi-point inspection of each component of your home's system and they also have the ability to test the quality of the air you are currently breathing. Upon completion of the inspection, Park Lane is equipped to make the necessary changes needed to improve and maintain superior indoor air quality and water in your home. PLD acquires and renovates properties, performs 3rd-party commercial construction oversight, and manages and leases strip centers and commercial buildings.
